Terms of Use

These terms govern use of Wagif, including vehicle registration, reachable mode, plate scanning, pings, sale chat, private calls, ownership claims, reports, and admin moderation.

Account Responsibility

  • You must provide accurate account, mobile, vehicle, and claim information.
  • You are responsible for activity from your account and device.
  • You must not register a vehicle unless you own it or are authorized to manage it.

Acceptable Use

  • Use Wagif only for legitimate parking, vehicle, sale, and support communication.
  • Do not harass, threaten, spam, impersonate, defraud, or mislead other users.
  • Do not upload false documents or abuse ownership claim flows.
  • Do not attempt to bypass moderation, rate limits, security, or account restrictions.

Parking Pings

Pings are intended for short-range parked-car situations. Wagif may require the sender to share current location and may block pings when the sender is not near the parked vehicle, when the owner has no recent parked location, or when cooldown rules apply.

Chats, Calls, and Sales

Chat, sale inquiry, and call availability depends on owner settings and system safety controls. Wagif may log communication events for trust, moderation, and support review.

Moderation

Wagif may review claims, reports, uploads, pings, chats, calls, vehicles, sale listings, and account history. We may limit, suspend, delete, anonymize, or reject content and accounts when required for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

No Real-World Guarantee

Wagif is a communication and coordination tool. Users remain responsible for driving, parking, vehicle access, sale decisions, and real-world conduct. Wagif does not guarantee that another user will respond, move a car, answer a call, or complete a sale.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of Wagif after an update means you accept the updated terms.
